Simple and quick recipe to throw together, with crisp, crunchy cucumbers and a salty, umami flavor.
Slice your cucumbers very thin into coins. Using a mandoline slicer is very helpful.
Add cucumbers to a large bowl.
Chop green onions into small round pieces and add to cucumbers.
Combine all other ingredients into a mason jar and shake well.
pour dressing over cucumbers and onions and mix well.
May serve immediately, but improves with some time to marinate in the refrigerator. 2 hours, up to a day deepens the flavor!
